The downloads comprise the tools from chapter 8 - the Knowledge Matrix, the Motivation Matrix, and the Skills matrix.

This enables you to create your own, eg branded, version. Remember the copyright is held with the authors, so don't pass these off as your own.

• Download as a folder containing three pdfs.

The download is a single zip file - locate this file and relocate to a convenient place.
Double click the .zip file and your system unzipper application should open the file. It will ask for a password.

The password is located in Figure 10 of the book. It is the stray text at the bottom left, just above the page number. To help you identify it, it has the format ELnnnnnnAA (where 'n' is a number, and 'A' is a capital letter).
